These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of joincrewviw.com and all services provided by Joincrewviw Italia Srl, a company registered in Italy under VAT number IT12345678901, with registered office at Via Torino 45, 20123 Milan. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide architectural design, engineering, and turn-key construction services for private luxury residences, with specialization in steel-frame glass homes. All services are delivered under individual written contracts that prevail over these general Terms in case of conflict.
Any figures shown on the website or in preliminary communications are indicative only. Binding pricing is issued exclusively via a signed Design & Build Agreement executed by an authorized representative of Joincrewviw Italia Srl. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard payment milestones are: 15% on contract signing, 25% on completion of design phase, 40% distributed across construction milestones, and 20% upon final handover. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payments accrue statutory interest under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
Clients are responsible for: (a) securing legal ownership or authorization to build on the designated site; (b) providing accurate topographic and geological data; (c) obtaining or authorizing us to obtain all necessary municipal and regional permits; (d) timely decisions on design options to maintain schedule.
Our liability for construction defects is governed by Articles 1667 and 1669 of the Italian Civil Code. Structural works are warranted for 10 years. Aggregate liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid to us under that contract, save for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct where liability is unlimited by Italian law.
All architectural designs, drawings, renderings, and concepts produced by Joincrewviw remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for the specific project and site only. Reproduction or reuse for other sites requires written authorization.
Website content (text, images, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the website's security.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruption, acts of government, or pandemics.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
